Summary
This position is responsible for processing vehicle deals.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for posting all new and used car deals for assigned rooftops.
  • Reconcile and clear out items on the hot sheets.
  • Coordinate with GMs, Sales Managers, Sales Staff and Business Managers to ensure deals are scanned into Intellivue.
  • Collect, organize and reconcile information shown in deal in Intellivue between CDK/Reynolds and One-Eighty.
  • Calculate commissions earned by Sales Representatives and Business Managers. Provide summary to payroll for processing on a biweekly basis.
  • Reconcile/clear Sold Inventory and F&I Clearing Accounts on a monthly basis. Communicate with GM's and Accounting Staff any issues falling out of this exercise.
  • Prepare and distribute "3Way Reconciliation" on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare adhoc reports as requested.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
  • Maintain customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.
  • Setup and organize individual work area with designated supplies, forms and resource materials while maintaining cleanliness at all times.
  • Experience in licensing with MTO
  • Handling reception traffic, calls and flow

Skills and Qualifications

  • Postsecondary degree/diploma in accounting is preferred, but not required.
  • Past experience working in a deadline driven environment (i.e. able to meet tight timelines during month end closing).
  • Able to review their own work.
  • Possess the ability to build strong relationships with GMs, Department Managers, Head Office Accounting Staff, Sales Representatives, Business Managers.
  • Detail Oriented, organized, efficient and able to handle a large amount of paperwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data.
  • Proficiency with ADP and 180 is preferred.
  • Outgoing attitude and customer service focused
