Accounts Receivable Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and release "shipment hold/notification" screen within authorized limits. Escalate shipments exceeding authorized limits to the Manager.
- Enlist the efforts of the operations and collections teams when necessary to accelerate the timely release of shipments
- Maintain compliance with required internal controls and departmental procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts in collections tool
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.

WORK EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:
- 1 year of experience
EDUCATION: - Required: High School/GED or equivalent
