Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Follow up and ensure field personnel are on track with daily reporting responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Management of dispatch and scheduling
Receive and distribute incoming mail
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Collaborate with other departments to support various officerelated tasks and projects
Utilize company systems and software

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role or customer serviceoriented position is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English)
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle and manage various personalities.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong adaptable leadership and selfstarting qualities.

Salary:
$24.00-$30.00 per hour
