Service Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Job Type:
Full-Time (On-Site)

**Here's What You'll Do: - Update and maintain the daily schedule.

Reconcile work orders to timesheets and timesheets to GPS.
Review and confirm paperwork to assist in preparing for payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable including obtaining supplier pricing and preparing invoicing and service quotes as needed.
Review and update customer and supplier databases, and receive and issue purchase orders as needed.
Offer support for technicians and office staff with inquiries and requests.
Provide administrative support for overall service operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge and understanding of computer software and databases.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must be selfmotivated, driven, and proactive in completing tasks.
Ability to function in a team environment and be a great team player.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal staff, customers, and suppliers.
