In this role, you will:

Supports the month end process including recording journal entries, as required, and reconciliations.
Assistance preparing monthly financial statements.
Contribute to detailed cost center analysis, research irregularities, and propose corrections.
Assist the Controller to perform initial financial department audits to ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Assist and support intercompany reconciliation and transfers as required.

Are you qualified?

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Intermediate Excel skills (including vlookup and formula execution)
Use of financial reporting tools including experience with a large ERP, Hyperian (Onestream), Power
35 years of Accounting experience
Ability to travel 10% of time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in project accounting
Advantage in holding, or close to obtaining, a professional accounting designation
CPA, CMA
Knowledge of absorption accounting
Knowledge of municipal and industrial water market landscape

Pay:
$70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
