The Director, System Innovation is currently seeking two Program Managers for the Ontario Structures Psychotherapy Program.

The positions are responsible for managing the Waypoint Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program Network Lead Organization (NLO) in collaboration with community partners across the Central North NLO region and with other provincial partners.

They are responsible for the overall success of the program by visioning and building the program elements, leading/managing the OSP NLO team, fulfilling all Program accountabilities, and liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in order to fulfill Waypoint's goal of successfully supporting the implementation of OSP in the region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Works collaboratively with the Director of System Innovation to translate the Mental Health and Addiction Centre of Excellence provincial vision for OSP into a functional program for the Central North region.
  • Responsible for Managing the Waypoint OSP NLO team including recruitment. Provides direction, leadership, advice, and support to team members; supervises staff and develops and maintains positive labour relations.
  • Accountable to the Director of System Innovation to manage and monitor the annual OSP budget and related reporting requirements.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with other program/departmental managers and other internal and external stakeholder groups; liaise with thirdparty support and manages vendor relationships.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with the provincial project team at the Mental Health and Addiction Centre of Excellence, CAMH's Provincial System Support Program, and other Network Lead Organizations.
  • Works closely with Service Delivery Site community partner organizations, across the Central North region, providing leadership and communicating a cohesive direction across the Network and liaising with staff to obtain necessary information/resources to develop the project design and project plans that meet the provincial expectations.
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities for quality improvement initiatives aligned with OSP provincial and network objectives.
  • Closely monitors and analyzes OSP Program data and outcome measures then implements processes and practices to support the delivery of highquality services, achievement of targets, and mitigation of risks.
  • Represents the interest of the Network as the NLO representative at the Central North OSP Network governance structures, the OH Central Region NLO table, and the provincial OSP committees, as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:


  • You must meet the requirements of our COVID19 Immunization Policy by providing proof of full vaccination, or a request and receipt of an accommodation under the Ontario Human Rights Code, including a medical exemption.
  • An undergraduate degree is required.
  • A master's degree in health administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading complex projects.
  • Experience successfully managing teams and complex program budgets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Implementation of evidenceinformed programs or practices in health care (preference in mental health).
  • Knowledge of structured psychotherapeutic approaches and/or clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Program and/or Project Management and Change Management methodology.
  • Models and promotes core ethical practice, Waypoint Values (Caring, Respect, Accountability, Innovation), and reflects an optimistic and positive attitude.
  • Preference for proficiency in French/English language skills.
