WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU
We are looking for full-time, Converting Assistant seeking long-term employment.

Transport materials to and from the Converting department.
Load and/or remove rolls from various bag machines within the Converting department.
Follow the production schedule for all machines in the Converting department, ensuring the required materials are available for use at the appropriate time.
Plug in all toll carts when not in use.
Prepare the next roll on the roll cart for the next order.
Shaft rolls accurately with the help of a tape measure; properly use air shafts or manual locking chocks.
Load machines safety to eliminate downtime for Converting Machine Operators; assist with moving finished skids.
Bring materials and additional job supplies (boxes, cardboard, wires, etc.) to machines for operators; ensuring supplies are stocked.
Communicate with Material Handlers to ensure materials are available for the Converting department when needed.
Keep the Converting floor neat and free of debris minimizing the amount of WIP material being stored on the floor.

Schedule:
Flex Life Schedule

12hour shift, 3 days per week
Rotating every 2 weeks days and night (7:00AM to 7:00pm OR 7:00pm to 7:00AM)
Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours* 16 days off a month*
Location: 2237 Industrial Park Road Innisfil, ON L9S 3V
Must be able to reliably commute to work own transportation.
