Qualification
7+ years' experience in Business Analysis/Project management
Experience in US or foreign banking organization (commercial bank or broker dealer), Bank Holding Company regulatory reporting
Minimal requirements - MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Visio

Experience with Axiom preferred
Proficient in data analysis using SQL
Experience with logical and physical models, proof of concept to implementation.
Experience in documenting Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Interface Specifications
Bachelor's Degree
Highly analytical and willing to lead work through root cause analysis on process, capability, and data issues; and to effectively facilitate collaboration on resolution
Experience in data analytics, control, reconciliation and remediation
Driving excellence in his/her own projects and peers
Effective and professional verbal and written communication

Salary:
$95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
