Responsibilities

Responsible for vision and execution for all video projects
Primarily YouTube, but may include some other mediumlong form video projects
Manage a team with diverse roles including scriptwriting, videography, and video editing. Responsible for the entire process from inception to delivery
Lead strategic vision and voice
Formation of a new team. Requires ability to help train new video team staff, mentoring and coaching team to achieve professional development goals
Oversee writing, production, editing and publishing of content
Maintaining consistently excellent content quality
Deeply engaged with our website and the viewers of our videos

You love to learn and dive deep into a range of topics on YouTube
You subscribe to loads of YouTube channels especially datadriven reviews like Gamers Nexus, Project Farm, Vacuum wars, Torque Test Channel, etc.
You enjoy structured content and strongly value clarity

Qualification/Experience

5+ years experience in a lead/supervisor/manager role
2+ years experience working with video, especially documentary/informative content on YouTube
Proven ability to align with and execute on a strategic vision
