The Opportunity:


_ Scope of the position_
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator's key responsibilities include full cycle recruitment and assisting with daily administrative duties


Please note:

the role will be based at RSL's headquarters in South Burnaby and will report to the People and Culture Manager.

The incumbent will partner closely with employees at all levels across the business.


_ Duties and Responsibilities_

  • Prepare offer letters, onboard, and coordinate with successful applicants.
  • Create and manage talent acquisition campaigns.
  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of employer branding strategies related to recruitment and talent attraction.
  • Create, maintain, and report on talent acquisition statistics and analytics.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility, accessibility, and interaction with all managers and employees at all locations.
  • Be the content owner for all People and Culture talent acquisitionrelated content online internally and externally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employees.
  • Participate and engage in special project teams as requested.
  • Provide administrative support for People & Culture programs that support the entire employee lifecycle, such as performance reviews, talent planning, compensation programs, benefits administration, retention programs, etc.
  • Be a positive and constructive influence in a rapidly changing and complex work environment.
  • Maintain electronic personnel files.
  • Other reasonable duties and projects may be required from time to time.

_Skills and Qualifications_

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • One plus years of combined experience in HR and technology is an asset.
  • A certificate or Diploma in a related field of Human Resources is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • A suitable alternate combination of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Exceptional communication skills with excellent listening, interpersonal and conflictresolution skills.
  • Outstanding collaborative skills with proven success in influencing internal groups.
  • Ability to organize and manage moderately complex and voluminous information in a mixed technical and business team environment.
  • History of setting and achieving goals and accomplishing tasks with aggressive timelines.
  • An individual with high integrity, creativity, and a rollupyoursleeves work ethic.
  • An ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential is critical to this position.
