Position Summary

Under the direction of the Aquatics Coordinator, this leadership role is responsible for the overall operation of the Lifesaving Society Swim for Life & Leadership programs, daily supervision of staff, planning of programs and schedules, performance evaluations, and aid in the development of Aquatic programs for the Canada Games Centre.

Additionally, this role performs administrative functions, assists with the delivery of programs, assists with personnel matters, and ensures safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

The Aquatics Program Supervisor must be highly organized, manage time effectively, and complete scheduling tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
