Our brand new small option home in Bridgewater is seeking individuals who are dedicated to making a positive difference and eager to provide support.

We are also looking for Casual's as well for weekends and last minute shifts. This would be based on your availability provided.

Previous training and experience working effectively with persons with cognitive deficits, major physical (eg. Diabetes, COPD, seizure disorders, etc.) and mental illness, personality disorders, brain injury, aggressive behavior's, developmental delays, addictions, mobility and speech/hearing impairments is required.
Previous training, experience and ability to effectively support complex case individuals with behavioral management issues required
Willingness and ability to complete personal care including ability to complete lifts & transfers required.

Current and Clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed is required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay:
$17.10-$22.44 per hour
