JOB DESCRIPTION:


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Define training objectives for multiple, varied projects and regions.
  • Develop content and support digital learning creation. This is accomplished through multimedia (videos, eLearning, webcasts/webinars) and blended learning (workshops, inperson learning) to maximize the learner's experience and to drive engagement.
  • Design assessments for verifying learner knowledge and capability followed by reports summarizing results.
  • Ensure training content is updated on a regular basis by creating and maintaining a review/update process.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
  • Three (3) years minimum of formal training and design experience.
  • Thorough understanding of training management systems and adult learning principles.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to take concepts and express them concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience developing multilanguage solutions for a global audience
  • Technical skills or the ability to understand technological processes.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment with mínimal guidance.
  • Ability to produce highquality work under tight timeframes.
  • Think critically and ask targeted questions to determine training needs before responding appropriately.
  • Think creatively to develop learning materials that are engaging.
  • Learn quickly; demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and innovation.
