Position Highlights
ICBC has an interesting opportunity for a People Experience Specialist to join our HR team. If you are described as a proactive
and collaborative specialist in workforce planning this position will be of interest to you
Reporting to the Manager, People Experience Kathleen Todd, the People Experience Specialist is responsible for developing
people engagement strategies and plans that will define the overall people research strategy & analytic approach, which will
include developing a people listening approach to collect people engagement and experience data. They will also define and
maintain the employee value proposition for ICBC. Collaborating with other HR leaders, the Workforce Insights and Talent
Acquisition teams, and other key leaders across the organization, this role requires a highly collaborative approach to reach
recommendations on workforce planning needs.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of key elements of the ICBC's people experience plan, including people
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of ICBC's people research strategy & analytic approach, which will include
- Development of an appropriate feedback loop and use of research, data, and analysis to ensure measurement of People
- Development and management of project specific metrics and dashboards
- Act as the key point of contact for leaders across the organization, partnering to educate, communicate, and deliver people
people experience program development
- Support learning and communications regarding people experience and engagement in the business, upskilling leaders and
- Collaborate with other HR Teams on the design of people experience initiatives
- Manage external partners/vendor relationships for specific projects

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Behaviour, etc.)
- Several years of related experience designing and implementing a people experience or engagement plan and initiatives within
methodologies, and tools
- Demonstrated experience advising leaders in the business on people engagement insights and developmental areas based
- Demonstrated ability to collect and analyse data to assist in problem solving and informed decision making related to people
- Experience working within the insurance industry is an asset
