Duties:
Correctional Service Canada is looking for a supervisor with excellent skills to supervise and direct planning and work related to building maintenance (preventive and corrective).
He/she will also be responsible for a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees from various trades, such as carpenter, painter, electromechanical engineer, plumber, etc.

The Technical Services of institutions in the Quebec region at the Correctional Service of Canada is a stimulating and dynamic environment and his mission is to ensure the operation, compliance and sustainability of the prison complex.
The facilities we manage are diverse such as buildings and structures, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructures, generators, oil tanks, thermal power stations, water treatment and purification plants to name only those.

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Recent* and significant
experience in the field of infrastructure and/or building management.
- Recent experience is defined as acquired experience within the last seven (7) years.
**Management means the process of directing, organising and controlling financial, material and human resources in order to achieve the objectives.
EDUCATION:
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in any field related to the duties of the position.
Degree equivalency
EXPERIENCE:
Experience working in the field of correctional infrastructure.
Experience in project management in building sector.
