Here's What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Marketing Coordinator Looks Like:

Compile metrics and data from the marketing channels (weekly)
Manage the execution of events/client appreciation
Research award submissions seek opportunities for public relations, articles or media coverage.
Support in the reporting of Marketing KPIs and present key learnings and strategies to CMO.
Manage relationships with suppliers including merchandise vendors, printers, billboard vendors, direct mail vendors: implementing new creative with the partners, extending placements
Review Marketing Assets quarterly to ensure all elements are updated
Manage Meta Dailys: New Listings Stories/ Facebook Boosts (Daily), Open Houses
Responsible for gathering and creating Marketing team update slides for weekly Team meetings.
Support in MMM by gathering information as needed from metrics tracker, gathering content
Attend daily huddles and weekly team meeting.

Qualifications:

1 3 years experience in a marketing role
Creative, selfmotivated and adaptable in all situations
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), reporting/building and trends
Experience with managing social media platforms and analytics capabilities including: Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, Pinterest and Instagram
Access to a car events, community/office visits
Hybrid role 1 to 2 days per week at Head office
Knowledgeable in design programs such as Adobe, Canva, Photoshop and asset
Previous Real Estate will be considered an asset
