OneCall Property Services is an established general maintenance company. We proudly serve Cambridge and surrounding areas. We are seeking to hire an individual to join our team.

A day at OneCall could be spent doing any number of maintenance/repair tasks.

Today we are cleaning up snow from our last storm and installing 2 bathroom fans (one of which needs venting run).

Yesterday we were finishing up a drywall repair, cleaning one of our commercial clients buildings and plowing.

The point I'm trying to make here is that the ideal hire will enjoy the fact that there is a fair bit of variety in each typical day.

Both indoor and out, we take care of all aspects of property maintenance.

Some of the skills we are looking for in a new team member would be:

  • Hanging drywall/mud and tape
  • Painting
  • Comfortable using both small and large power tools
  • Minor plumbing: toilet repair/replace, faucet repair/replace, tubs, sinks etc.
  • Minor electrical: move an outlet, install ceiling fans, install hood range etc.
  • Flooring installs of carpet, tile or vinyl click
  • Line painting experience
  • Exterior maintenance: mowing, trimming, litter clean up, snow removal etc.
It's hard to list all the skills we find useful.

Salary:
$24.00-$28.00 per hour
