We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join us and help us attract customers, increase our brand awareness, and achieve our business goals.

Job duties:

• Conduct research to analyze aesthetics market trends and customers' behavior, identify marketing opportunities, and negotiate media coverage;
• Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing programs, including the company's website, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, Pinterest, and Instagram;
• Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials;
• Work with the technical department on optimizing the website and Shopping Cart tool;
• Work with external suppliers & cooperative partners, and manage public relations;
• Identify and analyze competitors;
• Create key performance indicators to review, assess and monitor efficiency of marketing strategies;
• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data;
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field;
• Three years of experience in marketing, and can successfully plan, execute and coordinate innovative & creative campaigns;
• Superb written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Outstanding attention to detail;
• Must have a high level of creativity;
• A passion for marketing and advertising strategies;
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing packages;
• Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns;
• Strong problemsolving, research, and analysis skills.
