As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated, professional, and driven
Operations Manager to join our team.

The Role

This is a hands-on position that will require the successful applicant to focus on a variety of responsibilities, including training and development, leadership, work site reviews, and safety.

You are positive, transformational leader who knows how to get the best out of employees. You are also someone who pays attention to quality, ensuring each client site is operating successfully.

What You Need
To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

At least 2 to 3 years' experience in an operations role in a comparable organization dealing with commercial and institutional clients in lawn care and/or construction
Professional appearance
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead others in a positive and supportive manner
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, including the coordination of schedules, job site performance, quality checks, and safety
A valid driver license in good standing
