We're growing our team We are looking to bring on a rockstar Business Development Representative to help continue growing our business in the exciting corporate accommodations sector.


  • You enjoy the idea of networking and building long term connections of companies ranging from 5 person teams to Fortune 500 firms
  • You are not scared to pick up the phone and make calls to potentially big corporate accounts
  • You have a natural ability to communicate at the highest level and present yourself in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • You have experience managing multiple tasks at a time while managing expectations at different levels of the organization
  • You thrive in an environment that's challenging and are comfortable with the change that is inevitable in a growing organization
  • You help set the tone for a culture that is collaborative, clientcentric, and goal oriented
  • You are comfortable working in a downtown Toronto office five days a week alongside your high performing colleagues
  • You strive to move up the ranks and eventually work in a management position
Roles

  • Build relationships with new corporate accounts
  • Continue to engage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to execute growth strategies and hit monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the business development team on new ideas for growth and relationship building
  • Work with Operations team to ensure that any special accounts are provided with service that exceeds the client's highest possible expectations

Qualifications:


  • Sales experience of at least 13 years
  • Understanding of the real estate rental market is an asset
  • Any past experience in the service industry is an asset
  • Enjoy aspects of a both a corporate environment and a fast growing smaller company

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
