Guest Experience Associate
Coldstream Clear Distillery - All Locations: Stewiacke, Antigonish, & Dartmouth
Minimum Required Availability:
This position will be part time; days of the week will vary, evenings and weekend required.
We are looking for a teammate who is:
- Well spoken, charismatic, articulate, fun and engaging
- Punctual
- Very comfortable with public speaking and interacting with large groups
- Authentically enjoying meeting new people
- Some baseline knowledge of the spirits industry but most importantly, a willingness to learn about Coldstream products and be confident in offering this knowledge to guests
The teammate will be responsible for:
- Welcome guests to the distillery
- Answer questions on the fly
- Guide guests through a tasting of Coldstream Clear Distillery products
- Understand that visitors' satisfaction is the primary goal
- Table service & make cocktails
- Publicly represent Coldstream Clear in a friendly and approachable manner
- Enter orders in the retail point of sale system and help maintain merchandise
- Clean, stock and help shut down distillery.
Required Experience:
- Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Must have experience working facetoface with the public in a customer service role
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
