Job Details

Bring leadership, enthusiasm and commitment to the Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics program at Confederation College;
Develop and deliver courses suitable for both classroom and/or distance delivery;
Engage with students and community partners in order to provide a dynamic learning environment while incorporating a variety of teaching methods to meet various learning styles;
Actively contribute to and care about student success by evaluating student progress and achievement using a variety of evaluative tools;
Participate in and contribute to learning resource selection, consultative committees, program and course design/revisions; and

Contribute to the regular and ongoing development of Confederation College business programs.

All positions at Confederation College must work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Job Requirements

A post-secondary credential in a business discipline;
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a marketing analytics role, or with extensive Digital Media / Social Media Marketing experience; and

Experience related to program delivery and the development of curriculum.

A Master's degree in a business discipline: MBA, MSc Management, Marketing, International Business Management;
The ability to maintain and develop community, industry and government contacts;
A commitment to education equity to teach diverse student populations and work with colleagues or clients from various backgrounds;
Teaching or training experience at the college, university or corporate level;
Proven ability to excel in a team environment and a demonstrated commitment to life-long learning; and

Curriculum and program development experience is desirable, including innovative classroom presentation techniques.

Additional experience in some of the following areas would be an asset:

The successful applicant will be required to submit a criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening prior to commencement of employment.
