    Job mission
    The HJ Sales Assistant supports the growth of the High-End business and VIP client journey through attention to detail, hospitality, and a service-oriented mindset. Responsible for assisting dedicated HJ Sales Experts in preparing and executing bespoke appointments while maintaining the High-End product category within the boutique.
    You are committed, strive for excellence, and are a team player invested as a key stakeholder in the development of HJ activity within the boutique. When not supporting HJ activity, you will assist with broader boutique business needs as directed.

    Main accountabilities/objective of the position
    • Prepare and Assist in Private Viewing Appointments with the HJ Sales Team
      • Prepare viewing rooms ensuring all products and resources are ready
      • Support hospitality elements of HJ appointments
      • Interact with clients and provide exceptional service
      • Bring products to and from the viewing room
      • Manage client wishlist and capture relevant notes
      • Anticipate Sales Team and Client needs
      • Uphold Cartier image and act as an ambassador
      • Travel to support bespoke appointments
    Support the HJ Sales Team in strategic business actions
    • Follow-up and report on pending HJ deals
    • Assist with client development actions, booking reservations, etc.
    • Support with computer tasks like expense reports, email proof-reading
    • Handle client insurance valuation requests accurately
    • Collaborate with departments for exceptional guest journey
    • Monitor and follow-up on client care-service matters
    HJ Operational support, knowledge, and compliance
    • Set-up/break down High Jewelry product displays
    • Conduct inventory counts
    • Partner with Visual Merchandising for correct displays
    • Ensure High-End pieces are tagged correctly
    • Update and maintain an active HJ library
    • Submit transfer requests for High-End products
    • Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures
    • Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries
    • Support boutique with operational and hospitality tasks
    • Stay updated on High-End product range and industry
    • Develop knowledge of Cartier, luxury marketplace, and competition
    Qualifications
    • Education:
      • Educational background or experience in high-end retail or hospitality
      • Supplemental education/credentials are a plus
    • Required Experience:
      • Minimum 2 years in luxury retail, service, or hospitality
    • Technical Skills/abilities:
      • Available for retail hours, weekends, and travel
      • Proficient in Microsoft software
      • Service-oriented mindset
      • Additional language skills are a plus
    • Personal Skills:

      • Strong sense of aesthetics and curiosity for luxury industry
