General Job Description:

This is a Live-In home support worker position.

Some positions will require you to work every weekend and some positions will require you to work alternate weekends (Friday am-Monday am)

Knowledge and adherence to Pathway Community Services Ltd's policies is expected.

Responsibilities:

To collaboratively assist with the day-to-day operations of the residence in order to maintain a high standard of living within our communities

To dependably implement every individual's plan of care exactly as written

To provide a safe, structured, educational and developmentally appropriate home environment that promotes a sense of well-being, self-confidence, belonging and independence for the individual.

To collaborate with the individuals and their larger network to pro-actively promote opportunities for inclusion in all environments.

To efficiently meet all documentation requirements within established timelines

To commit to all scheduled shifts

Requirements/ Assets

1-3 years previous work in a similar environment

Certificate and/or degree in the Social Services or related field (asset)

Must have Class 5 driver's license for all positions. With clear Drivers Abstract

NVCI or MANDT (preferred)

First Aid Certification

TB Test/Physician Certificate of Fitness

Commitment and adherence to all points in Job Description

Wages
- $ per day.

Note-Part time position.
