Requirements:


  • Diploma in accounting (BAC) or equivalent experience in dealership
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Be autonomous and organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the CDK system (an asset)

Tasks:


  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements according to directives
  • Participate in the analysis of financial statements
  • Close monthly accounting journals and general ledger accounts
  • Record transactions in accounting documents, such as worksheets, general ledger or computer files
  • Complete the end of period entries in order to reconcile and establish the trial balance
  • Compile reports and participate in special projects as requested
  • Perform other tasks according to the needs and instructions of management
  • Prepare and issue checks or electronic transfers
  • Be a technical support to the team
  • Present yourself in a professional manner and maintain an orderly workstation
