Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:Lead efforts to expand our customer base and establish a strong presence in target markets across Canada and the USA. Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to accelerate growth and maximize market reach.

Team Management: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with our growth objectives. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

Operational Excellence:Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across sales processes, systems, and workflows. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and maximize ROI.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven success in sales roles within startup environments, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in technology sales, preferably within the transportation sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach to sales.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans in fastpaced, evolving markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, selfstarter attitude, and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic, highgrowth environment.

$52,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
