Description
Looking for a facility maintenance technician/cleaner for managing conducting maintenance on site within the Woodstock.


Job Responsibilities include;
- fixing facility storage unit doors, overhead door maintenance, fixing lights. etc
- construction work, drywalling, using heavy machinery, landscaping
- running sweeper machines, cleaning washrooms, dust unit doors, etc.
- residential strength pest control replacements and cleaning of boxes
- light electrician work and plumbing if experienced, working at heights

  • Framing knowledge, ability to do heavy lifting of 50 or more pounds
- maintaining facilities and the premises, assist in customer maintenance issues

  • Have a vehicle and valid drivers license to travel to different locations throughout the day if necessary
- taking customer payments, signing move in paperwork, weekly reports, etc.


Employees need to be;

  • Punctual and reliable
  • Be able to work alone as well as with team members
- have full availability throughout the week

  • Great communication skills while communicating with other staff members
  • Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Overtime pay
