In this position you will lead and coach 4 technical engineering professionals who are accountable to provide Energy Conversation solutions for Enbridge's Industrial and agricultural sectors delivering our Demand Side Management program offerings.

What You Will Do:
- Provide leadership guidance on day to day activities of technical sales team to achieve department goals and targets based on assigned territories and segments which involves a mix of providing hands on expertise and coaching or integrating work provided by team members and specialists.
- Meet and exceed annual assigned delivery targets with particular focus on small industrial accounts and nonparticipants across the province, including cold call outreach and customer research.
- Accountable for sales specific data management, analysis and reporting for Ontario to support the Industrial and Agriculture markets, development and maintenance of Sales Dashboard and department forecasting tools and analysis.
- Responsible for business partner relationships with Industrial channel partners (ie. service providers, engineers, HVAC, Distributors, manufacturers). Track and report on any joint initiatives.
- Spokesperson for Industrial team to collaborate with internal departments, work with:
- Technology, Evaluation and Policy teams to identify areas of risk as it relates to audits and develop plans to minimize audit leakage.-
- Marketing and Program Design teams responsible for creation and implementation of new energy conservation programs and customer workshops/events.-
- Be a champion for the effective use of and adoption of Sales techniques and systems (ie. Guardian, e-tools, HORN training for customer interactions to demonstrate effective relationship management. Ensuring completion of required documentation to support future potential audits and verifications.
- Provides accurate and timely market outlooks and forecasts for assigned sectors/scorecards for current year delivery results.
- Performance management, including; carrying out performance reviews, coaching and establishing development plans.
Who You Are:
You have the following education and experience:
- University degree in Engineering, preference is Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical and seven or more years' of directly related experience, preferably in sales, industrial or manufacturing environment or energy.
- Must be registered as Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities including developing people and change management.
- Customer and results focused.
- Superior data and analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills along with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.
- Understanding of modelling thermal systems and fluid calculations is an asset.
Working Conditions:
- This role requires some travelling (2530%) within Ontario. Valid G Licence and responsible driver's record is needed.
