Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including working evenings and weekends.

  • Smart Server Certified
  • Experience in a spa environment
  • Knowledge of Book4Time software preferred but not required
  • Previous hotel and/or hospitality experience
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Selfmotivated, and enjoys working within a team environment.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Always provide outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Assists guests with Checkin and Checkout
  • Coordinates guest details and requests with the service providers and attendants to ensure a smooth experience
  • Inform clients about the benefits of our skin care line; achieve retail sales targets.
  • Process payments
  • Opening and closing duties.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
