Description

Anderson Therapy Services (ATS) is currently seeking full-time
Speech-Language Pathologists to work in a hybrid model as our clinical team continues to grow.

ATS provides Speech-language therapy, Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy, Art therapy, and Behaviour therapy services where we focus on highlighting strengths to empower the individual to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from achieving their full potential in school and in community.

Currently, we offer services to the Dundas and surrounding areas, but most of ATS' clientele stems from contracts with Indigenous communities across Ontario, Nunavut, and Quebec.

Due to the nature of our work, the team at ATS highly values partnership, integrity, compassion, and innovation.

We believe in a collaborative approach to providing care whereby the ATS team works with Northern and Southern clients to create innovative and personalized therapy services for people of all ages and places, including locally and across Canada.

In addition to the high-quality services we provide, we also use advanced technology to conduct online therapy sessions to reach even the most remote clients.

Our proven approach is far from one-size fits all, which is why our team is seeking equally creative and innovative applicants.

At Anderson Therapy Services, employee satisfaction is one of the top priorities.

Hence, we foster a collaborative cross-disciplinary work environment with job flexibility and opportunities for career development to ensure our team is supported.

Clinicians at ATS have the opportunity work either remotely or in a hybrid model of remote and in-clinic services delivery.

Clinicians are also able to participate in trips to the communities with whom they work to allow for greater connection between the community, the child, and the clinician.
