What you'll do at Misplay:

Building various testing processes and plans
Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
Complete adhoc testing on new products features
Leading daytoday testing activities and managing other QA analyst
Working with crossfunctional development teams, external clients, providing support / technical documentations
Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
Replicating issues that needs to be researched and then brainstorming solutions with the team
Working with emulators cloud devices like device farms and browser stack
Responding to requests from the design team and management.

What you'll bring to Mistplay:

8+ years of relevant testing experience
Ability to manage / mentor small team
Ability to work autonomously under guidance of QA manager
Ability to manage / mentor small team
Ability to manage and maintain release test cycles and producing reports independently
Heavy experience with Android and iOS testing
Strong attention to detail and detail oriented.
Ability to share information to both technical and nontechnical parties
Strong experience with mobile gaming
Good eye for UI/UX.
Strong communication both written and spoken english
Ability to identify and document places of concerns
Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Bouns points for:

A background in coding
Education in computer science
Product management experience
Scrum/ agile knowledge
