What you'll do

  • Process project store orders through order uploads and custom Purchase Orders (PO) creation on time and managing order tracking (placement and delivery)
  • Address PO discrepancies raised by the vendors after validating there is an error or gaining manager approval
  • Process vendor files on time to ensure system and reporting will reflect accurate onsite dates
  • Troubleshoot vendor files that error out to ensure system accurately reflects delivery information and vendors are paid on time
  • Serve as the first point of contact for field merchandising team, responding to all inquiries within 24 HRS and escalating where unable to resolve

  • Post secondary degree
  • Agile and innovative individuals, who are able to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold and strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment
  • Creative thinkers who take initiative and are capable of building, launching and managing projects/programs that drive results for our customers
  • Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
  • Canadian Tire store experience or prior administrative experience an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and PC platforms
  • Strong organizational and priority setting skills
