Description

Commissionaires BC is currently recruiting for guards to work the following permanent shifts at a port site in North Vancouver:

Monday to Friday 10.30 PM till 6.30 AM

Some of your responsibilities include:

Exterior and interior patrols on site and near water
Access Control
Lock up duties
Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public
Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts
Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports
Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor

Your Must-Haves:

BC Security License
OFA 2 Certificate or willing to obtain
MTSC Clearance or willingness to obtain
Able to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions
You have resided in Canada for the last five years (in order to obtain MTSC Clearance)

Your Nice-To-Haves:

You have a valid Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
