Waste Connections of Canada has immediate openings for a Lube Tech at our Kitchener, ON District. Our priority is to give our drivers a great paying career with great incentives. This job is very physical and works outside in all weather conditions.

As a Lube Technician, You Will:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of company vehicles and equipment.
Assist with Shop maintenance.
Oil change
Daily completion of service documentation
Other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager

What You'll Bring

Tire repair experience who is licensed and/or has a certificate with Tire, Wheel and Rims is considered as asset.
Work/Education experience in the transportation industry or industrial settings is considered an asset, including proven mechanical ability.
Willing to pursue 310T apprenticeship.
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Set of tools/willing to acquire.
Positive attitude, dedicated work ethic and technical aptitude
Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Willingness to take on new challenges.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Effective communication (written and verbal)
Willing to work a flexible schedule (hours/shifts)
