Description

We currently have full-time, temporary employment opportunities available in our Customer Service department for Customer Service (Call Center) Representatives. This position reports to the Manager, Customer Service.

Our fulltime position requires 5 shifts (8 hours) and our parttime position requires 3 shifts (8 hours) weekly, between the operating hours of:
Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
You will be responsible for:
Documenting and tracking compliments, complaints, requests for assistance, product and service inquiries.
Teaching customers how to use our websites and phone apps.
Working closely with our Ecommerce Team Leads and Personal Delivery Assistants to resolve customers concerns regarding online shopping orders.
Providing support for the Bulk Gift Card program and reception coverage.
You have:
A minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
The ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM min.
You are:
Outgoing and love to interact with customers over the phone.
A great multitasker who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
A sound analytical, critical thinking with strong problemsolving abilities.
Excellent in both verbal and written communication.
Able to adapt and learn new skills within an always changing and faced paced environment.
