Description
We currently have full-time, temporary employment opportunities available in our Customer Service department for Customer Service (Call Center) Representatives. This position reports to the Manager, Customer Service.

  • Our fulltime position requires 5 shifts (8 hours) and our parttime position requires 3 shifts (8 hours) weekly, between the operating hours of:
  • Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • You will be responsible for:
  • Documenting and tracking compliments, complaints, requests for assistance, product and service inquiries.
  • Teaching customers how to use our websites and phone apps.
  • Working closely with our Ecommerce Team Leads and Personal Delivery Assistants to resolve customers concerns regarding online shopping orders.
  • Providing support for the Bulk Gift Card program and reception coverage.
  • You have:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • The ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM min.
  • You are:
  • Outgoing and love to interact with customers over the phone.
  • A great multitasker who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
  • A sound analytical, critical thinking with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent in both verbal and written communication.
  • Able to adapt and learn new skills within an always changing and faced paced environment.
