Chorley Construction is a professional Building Envelope contractor providing specialized exterior cladding solutions to Commercial, Industrial and Multi-family projects for over 15 years.
We offer a wide range of cladding products and wall assemblies, professionally installed by a team of project managers and experienced installers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive quantity takeoff from drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotation or prospective clients.
- Work with Management to explore product options and suppliers based on project specifications put forth.
- Communicate with clients and contractors to build relationships and gain knowledge of current and upcoming projects, along with following up on submitted bids.
Qualifications and Skills
- Understanding of Architectural drawings and details.
- Previous training in the construction industry, specialized experience in building exteriors is considered an asset.
- AutoCAD experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license.
