Position Summary:

Tacten is seeking professional, energetic, and forward-thinking
Level 2 Rope Access Technicians to support our client site at
CNRL Horizon in Fort McMurray, AB.

Responsibilities:

Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a Level II Rope Access Technician
Be conversant with relevant work techniques
Assist other technicians as required
Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
Ensure operational safety of all equipment
Comfortable with heights
Willingness to learn and improve
Team orientation
Ability to work productively in adverse conditions

Requirements:

Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset:

Previous work experience of a Level II Rope Access Technician:

CSO or BSO required:

ESC Confined Space Monitor and Entry required:

-
ESC Fall Protection an asset

Strong work ethic
Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and coworkers
Exceptional safety and quality awareness
Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
Selfmotivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
Valid driver's license
Clean driver's abstract

Working Conditions:

Local to Fort McMurray or able to fly out of Alberta Hubs (FIFO) Calgary and Edmonton

6/1 turnaround rotation, 12 hrs/day
