The Best Western Premier is Winnipeg's premier hotel opened since September, 2019. We feature 141 guestrooms, a conference room with break-out rooms, a bistro / bar, expansive work-out facility, and an indoor pool with waterside and hot tub. Our - story hotel will offer upscale decor throughout with a whimsical nod to the railway history found in East Transcona where we are located.

Job Expectations:
- Welcomes and greets guests with a warm friendly smile. Answers questions regarding food, beverages, and service.
- Positive attitude with a strong ethics of work.
- Observes diners to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service and respond to any additional requests.
- Clears and resets banquet spaces upon completion of the meal.
- Follows food safety and handling procedures and compliance regulations as outlined by hotel standards and Federal, Provincial, and Local laws.
- Adheres to all hotel safety and security policies and procedures as outlined by hotel standards and Federal, Provincial and Local laws.
- Maintains superior standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant and service area.
- Consistently maintains a neat, organized, and clean workspace and uniform.
- Demonstrates a commitment to provide the best possible experience for guests, ensuring superior personalized service.
- Passionate about their work.
- Skillful in events decorations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Must have current food handling licenses/permits and maintain such licenses/permits.
- Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of principles, values, and processes for providing superior guest service.
- Ability to project a professional, friendly, and courteous image to guests.
- Ability to multitask and be detailed oriented.
- Ability to be detailoriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
