What You Will Get To Do

The Enforcement Services Clerk is responsible for:

  • General clerical, administrative, research, front line customer service, cash handling and duties associated with Enforcement Services Division of Legal Enforcement Services Department;
  • Review and issuance of Temporary Sign Permits and Pool Enclosure Permits;
  • Administration of Accessory Apartment Registrations;
  • Responsible for ordering supplies for the department, paying invoices, phone bills, legal services etc. and generating billing advices, process staff expenses refund, arranging accommodation and registration of conferences and seminars, following up with nonpayment of invoices and requesting placement of outstanding invoices onto the tax rolls;
  • Balancing of cash;
  • Processing trial requests;
  • Scheduling trials for Court;
  • Processing payments online and in person;
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing information for the First Attendance Facilitator;
  • Preparing and providing work orders and creation of complaint files.
