This role exists to lead the execution of supply chain related analytics and data management requirements in support of J&J Customer & Logistics Services supporting the broader Deliver business for Canada.


The Digital Transformation Specialist will:

  • Collaborate with key partners on deployment of system and process functionality in alignment with Global capabilities and programs
  • Lead Customer Logistics, Distribution and Transportation teams on joint value creation strategies
  • Evaluate operational projections of existing and developing supply chain strategies against goals and objectives of complete organization
  • Review and challenges operational processes to increase efficiencies and productivity
  • Accountable for assessment of KPI's and developing corrective action plans to meet targets
  • Lead special projects as assigned

Qualifications:


  • A University / Bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience is required
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Strong technical proficiencies in multiple systems including (but not limited to): SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Azure is required
  • Strong competences in MS Office Apps and Services are required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects/project teams to completion is required
  • Extensive knowledge of End to End supply chain practices is required
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable to varying audiences is required
  • Effective strategic thinking capabilities, driven by sense of urgency and focused on results is required
  • This position is based in Toronto and may require up to 10% travel

Preferred Experience:


  • Experience in Supply Chain/Operations role
  • Experience in Health Care
