Description
The Data Entry/Customer Service role will report to the Office Supervisor.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service
  • Call client to confirm, request and clarify their order in a professional and friendly manner to endure the best service possible.


  • Data Entry

  • Enter all incoming customer cases into the internal lab database system (CPM) and match works orders to the respective cases accurately and in a timely manner.


  • Case Scheduling

  • Organize and make sure deadlines are achieved for the incoming orders.


  • Cross training

  • Invoicing and Design.

Qualifications:


  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Aptitude for working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative and customer service role is preferred.
  • Previous dental office experience would be considered an asset.

Job Type

  • Fulltime Monday to Friday from 8:00am5:00pm

$23.19 per hour
