What we're looking for

A curious, consultative and commercial nature that can introduce a range of Momentive solutions in a way that is understood by customers
A motivated person who helps customers see the value of our platform and products in solving their business needs
A market research expert who understands the panel research landscape and can effectively articulate research recommendations

You will

Support our prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into value drivers
Provide presales functional and technical expertise throughout the buying process including knowledge of the Momentive platform, quantitative and qualitative methodologies, market research use cases, and integrations
Scope individual research initiatives and endtoend research programs for prospective customers based on business objectives
Manage proof of concepts/trial customer relationships to support expansion opportunities
Demonstrate and promote Momentive's research solutions and expert service offerings on sales calls, product demonstrations, webinars, and at industry events
Understand and develop working knowledge of the competitive landscape for DIY and fullservice research providers
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews
Be a customer advocate internally while working with other teams including Product, Support, Engineering, Strategy, and Sales to inform future product and sales strategy

You have

BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
35 years professional experience in a clientfacing role, with Sales/Solutions Engineering experience a significant plus
3+ years of professional experience in market research (client or vendor side)
A technical background with experience working with APIs, HTML & CSS, and some JavaScript a significant plus
Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, RFPs and RFIs
Experience using DIY market research tools (including survey design and analysis)
