Location:

Boucherville, accessible by public transportation and
free parking on site

Role:

In collaboration with the members of the production team, you will be called upon to use your technical expertise, using our brand new CNC hydraulic folding machine to support our various projects intended for public transportation.

Activities:

Reading plans and using measuring tools (vernier);
Control and adjust manufacturing parameters;
Responsible for the quality of the parts produced or on which you have made adjustments;
Ensure that the required standards are met;
Follow procedures and work methods for the press brake;
Clean the parts and ensure that they meet quality requirements;
Operate machine tools safely.
Build jigs (setup);
Ensure quality approves of the first piece;
Assembly of parts, as needed.

Requirements:

A DEP in precision sheet metal work or AT LEAST 3 years experience;
Be autonomous, meticulous and reliable;
Basic knowledge of computers, blueprint reading and measuring tools.
