As a Technical Services Dispatcher, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for resolving technical requests from our customers.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the resolution of technical requests from customers;
Plan repairs, installations and deliveries with customers, according to performance objectives;
Manage the schedules of technicians and subcontractors with associated resources;
Validate the units and functions with the technicians;
Validate work orders and invoices from subcontractors;
Manage the return of replaced or returned equipment or accessories;
Manage the material resources of technicians;
Validate with customers the quality and deadlines of the work carried out by technicians and subcontractors;
