Role Summary:

Seize the opportunity to become a Testing Lead for Payroll Implementation, overseeing the testing process for a cutting-edge payroll system.

Collaborate closely with the project team, shape and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Shape and maintain testing strategies, plans, and procedures for seamless payroll system implementation.
Collaborate on testing requirements and scope with the project team based on business and system needs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to secure necessary test data and resources.
Lead and guide a team of testers through the meticulous testing process.
Execute test cases, ensuring precision in the accuracy and functionality of the payroll system.
Document and report defects, working closely with the development team for swift resolution.
Monitor and track testing progress, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are promptly addressed.
Conduct post-implementation testing to validate the success of the system.
Provide technical expertise and support during system testing and troubleshooting.

Key Qualifications:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Showcase proven experience as a testing lead, preferably in payroll.
