Role Summary:


Seize the opportunity to become a Testing Lead for Payroll Implementation, overseeing the testing process for a cutting-edge payroll system.

Collaborate closely with the project team, shape and execute testing strategies to ensure accuracy and functionality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Shape and maintain testing strategies, plans, and procedures for seamless payroll system implementation.
  • Collaborate on testing requirements and scope with the project team based on business and system needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to secure necessary test data and resources.
  • Lead and guide a team of testers through the meticulous testing process.
  • Execute test cases, ensuring precision in the accuracy and functionality of the payroll system.
  • Document and report defects, working closely with the development team for swift resolution.
  • Monitor and track testing progress, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Conduct post-implementation testing to validate the success of the system.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during system testing and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate the payroll system flawlessly.

Key Qualifications:


  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Showcase proven experience as a testing lead, preferably in payroll.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll processes and systems.
