Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

If you have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

Manage and supervise all aspects of the kitchen, including Indian food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Create and develop innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with restaurant management to develop costeffective strategies for menu planning
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Experience:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry
Strong knowledge of culinary arts and various cooking techniques
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Proficient in food handling and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in restaurant management is a plus
