We're growing Join our team at Studio Dental is nestled in the heart of downtown Toronto.

We are a busy, multi-disciplinary office providing a full spectrum of dental services including general dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.

Currently Part-time or Full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator/Concerige we offer flexible hours.

We are a patient-focused clinic that treats patients as individuals and we get to know each and every one of them with an empathetic and transparent approach.

Responsibilities:

Greet and checkin patients upon arrival at the dental office
Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records
Schedule and confirm appointments for dental treatments
Provide patients with information about treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage
Assist with financial arrangements and payment processing
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
Maintain a clean and organized office environment

We are currently looking to fill a position for a Dental Treatment Coordinator/Concerige who will be part of our amazing team.

You will represent our dental practice at our front desk and be part of a highly capable and dynamic administrative team supporting our clinic's operations.

The position schedule will be include day, afternoon & evening shifts. It is our expectation that you will work a range of these shifts including some weekends.
