Work Arrangements:

We are currently working remotely, and we will be moving to a hybrid model when our office renovation is complete (approximately September 2023), coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, every other week on designated days.

We're looking for a strong communicator who can develop and deliver comprehensive training material, someone who has sound knowledge and understanding of training concepts, and who is a collaborator that can work with others towards a common goal.

What you will be doing:


  • Responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive and meaningful product, process, and technology training for the S&R line of business
  • Develop training material and execute as required
  • Perform analysis, develop, and maintain new/existing procedural documentation servicing the S&R line of business
  • Responsible for continuing education and development through the identification of skill gaps, the development of job specific training modules for all employees and through ongoing research of new training tools and methodologies

What you will bring:


  • Sound knowledge and understanding of training concepts and methodologies related to adult education
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in documentation and courseware preparation and delivery of interactive training sessions using a variety of methods (webbased/virtual training, classroom training, job aids, multimedia visual aids and reference materials)
  • Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines with limited supervision in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven experience of having worked successfully in a team
  • A positive cando attitude and customer focused approach to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
  • Ability to perform in a constantly changing environment
  • Comfortable with hardware tools (scanner/data projector etc.)
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • FLMI and/or a certificate in adult education/learning would be an asset
  • Prior industry experience would be an asset
