What We Are Looking For:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain system configurations and provide technological support on various digital marketing and CRM platforms
  • Assist with technology and CRM initiatives and participate in digital marketing projects as assigned
  • Daytoday assistance with digital and inperson events
  • Assist with the coordination and distribution of digital communications including: event invitations, event materials, newsletters, firm collateral, followup communications, surveys, general mailings, social media, biographies and website updates
  • Organize video content and other online materials including archived recordings
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of events, conferences/trade shows and all other marketing projects as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the firm's Events Team and the Supervisor, Marketing Systems & CRM, as well as the larger Marketing Department
  • Adapt to new and changing technologies such as online meetings and webinar technology

Requirements:


  • Three years previous experience in a related or similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Successful completion of postsecondary education in a related program
  • Ability to be flexible with daily schedule and willingness to work overtime as necessary
  • Capacity to travel offsite
  • Strength to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Handle time pressure situation and stress of multiple demands

Skills:


  • Knowledge of online event and meeting platforms
  • Working knowledge of social media and other online systems
  • Awareness of a CRM system such as InterAction is an asset
  • Understanding of a digital marketing platform such as Vuture is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Desktop Publishing and Adobe design software experience is an asset
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Client service oriented (with internal and external clients)
  • Able to handle multiple events tight deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good judgment and decision making
