What We Are Looking For:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain system configurations and provide technological support on various digital marketing and CRM platforms
- Assist with technology and CRM initiatives and participate in digital marketing projects as assigned
- Daytoday assistance with digital and inperson events
- Assist with the coordination and distribution of digital communications including: event invitations, event materials, newsletters, firm collateral, followup communications, surveys, general mailings, social media, biographies and website updates
- Organize video content and other online materials including archived recordings
- Assist with the coordination and execution of events, conferences/trade shows and all other marketing projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with the firm's Events Team and the Supervisor, Marketing Systems & CRM, as well as the larger Marketing Department
- Adapt to new and changing technologies such as online meetings and webinar technology

Requirements:
- Three years previous experience in a related or similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
- Successful completion of postsecondary education in a related program
- Ability to be flexible with daily schedule and willingness to work overtime as necessary
- Capacity to travel offsite
- Strength to lift up to 30 lbs
- Handle time pressure situation and stress of multiple demands
Skills:
- Knowledge of online event and meeting platforms
- Working knowledge of social media and other online systems
- Awareness of a CRM system such as InterAction is an asset
- Understanding of a digital marketing platform such as Vuture is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Desktop Publishing and Adobe design software experience is an asset
- Basic accounting skills
- Client service oriented (with internal and external clients)
- Able to handle multiple events tight deadlines
