Our Fitness Department is seeking a dedicated Locker Room Attendant who exemplifies professionalism and courtesy, ensuring our members and guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment.


JOB SUMMARY:


As a Locker Room Attendant, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of our locker rooms, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that meets Donalda Club's standards.

Your role is crucial in ensuring all facilities are prepped and well-stocked, reflecting the club's high standards of hygiene and efficiency.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the locker room, including windows, washrooms, floors, lockers, and furniture.
  • Conduct frequent inspections and restocking of washrooms and showers to uphold cleanliness and supply standards.
  • Provide member services such as issuing lockers and towels, cleaning golf shoes, and replacing golf shoe spikes.
  • Handle and dispose of waste and soiled towels diligently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Clubhouse or Facilities Manager promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating reliability and independence in daily tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable in damp, wet conditions typical of locker rooms.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting.
  • Wellgroomed, polite, and friendly demeanor.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:
CPR and First Aid Certification.
